· Preparations for our Casino Night Fundraiser sponsored by the Loomis Basin Parks and Recreation Foundation on Saturday, May 7 at High Hand Nursery are underway.
1. Tickets go on sale Thursday, April 7, available at the Loomis Chamber of Commerce or contact Margie Mower at margiemower@aol.com.
2. We need volunteers! The committee meets weekly. Contact Margie for details.
3. We need donations and sponsors! We are looking for raffle prizes, food and wine donations, and table sponsors. All contributions are tax deductible. Attached is a donation form. If you know of a business that might donate and need a solicitation letter, contact Margie! The sponsorship levels are:
Black Jack Tables $300 Includes four event tickets
Poker Tables $400 Includes six event tickets
Craps/Roulette Tables $500 Includes eight event tickets
· The Capital Campaign will be presented to the Placer Union High School District Board on Tuesday, April 12. We need help from those that are willing to help solicit tax deductible contributions from both individuals and companies. Contact Grace Kamphefner at friendsofthedopool@gmail.com.
