December 2012 Update

Second Annual DO Alumni Water Polo Games!
On Saturday, January 5, 2013, Del Oro alumni are invited to jump in with the current Del Oro Men's and Women's teams for some friendly games of water polo at the Del Oro Pool. The game format will be odd graduation years against even. The current varsity players will be split between the two teams so that everyone can get a chance to play together and have some fun! All are welcome to play for free! Tip-off for the women’s game will be at 11:00 a.m. followed by the men at 12:30 p.m. The pool will be open for warm-ups 30 minutes before each game time. Parkas for the Pool
Hello fellow Del Oro Eagles and supporters!  My name is Becca Triplett and I am a Junior here at Del Oro as well as a swimmer.  I am helping to raise money for our new pool by selling parkas.   A parka is a long, extremely warm, highly water resistant coat.  These would be fantastic to wear at any sporting event or just on a cold, rainy day.  The interior is gold while the exterior is solid black.  You can even have DEL ORO put on the back. You don't have to be a swimmer to love a parka! The cost is $95 for the parka, but if you want DEL ORO on the back and your name embroidered on the front the cost is $120.  If you want to give a parka to someone you love for Christmas, please place your order by DECMEBER 5. Contact me to order at: swimbex3@gmail.com.
